Overview

Companies lists every company this client sells to, one record each. Each row shows the company's website, how many deals are linked to it, and their open and won value. Open a company to see its deals and the contacts who work there, matched by website domain.

How to use this page

  1. Open Companies

Choose the client in the sidebar, then open Deals > Companies, or click Companies in the pipeline header. The top line shows the client name and how many companies it has.

  2. Add a company

Click Add company, enter the Company name and, if you have it, the Website (for example acme.com), then click Add. The new company page opens. The website is how the company finds its contacts by email domain. If another company already uses that website, you get a message with a link to open it instead.

  3. Save companies from existing deals

If deals already name a company but are not linked, the page says how many. Open one of those deals and click Save as company in its Company card. It reuses a matching company or creates a new one.

  4. Find a company

Type in Search companies or websites to filter by name or domain. Showing X of Y tells you how many match. If nothing matches, click Clear search.

  5. Open a company

Click any row to open that company's page with its deals and contacts.
