Overview

Sales meeting is the first page in a new prospect workspace. Book a conversation with SalesHive, then review your Playbook draft, connect tools or start an AI project. The company name appears above the booking heading.

How to use this page

  1. Open Sales meeting

In your prospect workspace, open Onboarding > Sales meeting. New verified prospect signups land here. If a future confirmed booking is found for your signed-in email in this workspace, the page shows Your sales meeting is booked instead of a new calendar.

  2. Choose a date and time

Under Book your sales meeting, use Previous month or Next month and choose an available date. Select a time beside the calendar. Times use your browser timezone, shown with the time choices. Review the selected date, time and meeting length below, then select Continue. On a phone, the time list stays beside the calendar and Continue appears below the selection; scroll the time list for more choices.

  3. Review your details and confirm

Check the name, email and company filled from your account and workspace. Complete the required fields shown under Your details, then select Confirm my strategy call (or Confirm meeting, depending on the calendar). Back returns to the date and time picker. Wait for confirmation before booking again. If Checking your booking appears, use Manage booking or check status to check the original attempt.

  4. Review an existing booking

When the page shows Your sales meeting is booked, review the appointment date and time. Check your confirmation email for the meeting link and rescheduling options.

  5. Prepare for the conversation

Below the calendar, select Open your Playbook to review the draft and add business details. Research can continue while you book or explore. Review its findings and fill in missing details even after research completes. Explore connectors opens your connected-app options, and Start a conversation opens Projects for this workspace.

  6. Open an existing proposal

If you are already discussing a proposal, select Open your Deal Room at the bottom of the page. It opens the Deal Room for the same workspace.

Common questions

What if no times are available?
Choose another available date or return later. If the page says No booking times are available right now, try again later.
Do I need to wait for research before booking?
No. You can book and open your Playbook while research continues. If research fails or its status cannot refresh, your saved answers remain available.
Why is there a confirmation instead of a calendar?
The page found a future confirmed booking for your signed-in email in the current workspace. Review the date and use the confirmation email for the meeting link or rescheduling options.
